The hotel was great, kind and considerate employees. Rooms clean. Corresponded fully the cost-benefit of staying in site. Certainly our family returned to Curitiba and this hotel is an excellent option. The Batel neighborhood is great for a stay in town.
Parking could be the hotel itself and not belong to another company.I Would have the most complete maps of the city at the hotel, we've had no time to pass the tourist information center of the city and the map provided in the hotel was more illustrative and so we get lost in the city since I did not use gps

Price and location is pretty good
Hotel staff not very service minded. Daily cleaning of hotel room was quite bad. Hotel room had a "dirty feel" to it.

Great location in the heart of the city, easy access to shopping and cultural attractions. the breakfast is included and full of delicious options. the gym has modern equipment and the staff is very friendly and helpful with all your needs.
The rooms are a bit outdated and the noise travels easily from one room to another. the Wi-Fi is slow and sometimes difficult to connect to.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Its location is ideal in a peaceful and upscale area of the city, within walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. Additionally, it is right next to a popular shopping mall, making it convenient for shopping and entertainment. The hotel facilities are well-maintained and clean, with a satisfying breakfast that exceeded my expectations. However, the best part of the experience was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home.
For us, this hotel was perfect.

This hotel is situated in a fantastic area, with plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. the neighborhood feels safe, and the hotel itself is adjacent to a large shopping mall. the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable, while the gym is well-equipped and there is a sauna available. the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is tasty and filling.
The sound insulation between rooms could be improved.
